Of all the millions of things I admire you for, your boundaries about caring well for yourself while caring well for others is at the top of the list.

I know you don't always do a perfect job at this, but you do really, really well given the constant pressure put on you from all sides.

Thank you for writing this. I worry a lot about my probably future caregiver role and how it will affect our relationship. It seems like your being able to look at it like a professional gives you a good perspective on where to set the boundaries.

This post makes me feel more normal, somehow. I buy the healthy food, I cook it, and my diabetic husband sometime supplements it. But that's not my responsibility, even if I feel angry about it. Thanks.
