Thanks for all that info. I hope the local guide dog training works out for you.

I used Dragon Naturally Speaking 1.0 to write my dissertation, because of repetitive strain injury in my arms. It is the reason I switched from Mac to PC, sigh. I haven't used it recently, since the rsi is mostly gone now that I am not a grad student.

That was really interesting!

I use JAWS and I have a guide dog, writer. I got her at Guiding Eyes for the Blind in New York. I had a very good experience at that school. I also use a folding cane. Luckly, because I was in college not to long ago the dept. of the blind paid for most of my equiptment. Virginia is a very good state to be blind in. I do not look blind and so many people do not believe I am blind. It gets frustrating.
Well have fun with your kids. My son loves the water. He is 9 months old. Smiles!

2008?

You know what would be REALLY cool??? If I could come help with the boys while you're at guide dog camp.

Sorry, but I don't trust your father. Not even with two years of training.

Hey I wish you nothing but luck with the dog training. I also know you can find alot of those cool gadgets at AllegroMedical.com.
