Lisa, I'm so sorry to hear about this. I think it's c difficile that D. has. My grandmother had it, and it's really not very comfortable, and hard to treat. We all had to suit up to go into her room, which was kind of silly, because she'd had it for awhile before going to the hospital and we'd all been around her. Anyway, I hope he recovers quickly and I'm sorry you have to deal with this.

I also think that visiting D with the kids will humanize him to the medical professionals. That shouldn't need to happen, but if they see him as a whole person, they're bound to treat him better.

Sounds like a fun Valentines day, thoughts of death and all.
Hope things get better soon

No smart comments or intelligent thoughts other then,... I care.

I'm sorry, Lisa. I think you're handling it all in a really smart way, but man, that sounds hard. Best wishes to D, and kiss those boys for me.

Oh, Lisa. I am so sorry you and D are having to deal with all this. I wish I was there to help you. I am praying for D's full recovery.

Janice

You are such an awesome Mom and "wife". I will say prayers for D's recovery.

I know you are strong, but I hope you have someone to lean on a little through all this. Yes, you can handle it-but hugs are good too. Warm thoughts`lmc
